Youth News

Here are some plans and announcements about Youth Group that will affect the next couple weeks and months until Summer.

Firstly, our next Youth Get-Together will be Saturday April 1st, at Ed's Bowling Alley at West Edmonton Mall. We will be meeting at the alley from 7-9pm. There is a $15 contribution for attending this event. Friends are welcome! I have already reserved some lanes, so I just need to know who's coming. 

I will be away over Holy Week and Easter weekend. My grandmother's health has taken a downward turn, and so Mack and I will be flying to California from April 3-10. There will still be youth group while I am away!

Speaking of being away... I have been asked to return for another field season as an Assistant Archaeologist starting in mid-April. While this is good news for me, this unfortunately means another couple months of sporadic absences from the youth group. The great news is that Isabella Penner has agreed to be my substitute for the times I have to be away! I will still be involved as much as I can, and do my best to make sure our Saturday gatherings take place until we break for summer in June.
