Kid’s Club’s Psalm 23 (Composed by Callie, Maria and Weston with some input from Mrs. Margot)

The Lord is my Owner, I have everything that I need.
He makes me roll over for belly rubs and gives me a soft carpet to lie on.
He keeps my food and water bowl full and refreshes my mental health.
He fills my puppy heart with love and guides me with a leash on the right paths. It’s easy as chewing on a bone.
Even though I walk through the deepest forest paths or among noisy cats, I will fear nothing.
My leash and collar make me feel secure and just your presence comforts me. You will clean up my messes.
You prepare a familiar couch for me when the mailman comes to the door. You pet my head with your hands and you hold me close.
Surely my life will be full of adventure and joyful romps and I will follow you wherever you go.

30 Days of Prayer
30 Days invites Christians to pray with love and respect for Muslim peoples around the world. In doing so we hope to see Christians gain a better understanding about Muslim people, their faith and their various, diverse cultures; increases in efforts to respond with love and compassion to the needs of Muslims, and greater interest in Jesus among Muslim peoples. This happens with an annual prayer event coinciding with Ramadan each year and a prayer guide that enables Christians to pray regularly. pray30days.org/product/30-days-of-prayer-2022-pdf

We are looking forward to being out at Camp Nakamun, a wonderful lakeside camp that offers great food, fun activities and a welcoming facility. Our guiding verse is Philemon 1:7, “Your love has given me much joy and comfort, my brother, for your kindness has often refreshed the hearts of God’s people.” Please join us as we sing, pray, learn and play together, being refreshed in mind, body, heart and spirit.
Registration is now open HERE or on our website’s EVENT page to register as soon as possible so we have time to look after all the details. Payment will not be required until May 1, 2022, in case of unforeseen circumstances that might force the retreat online.

Youth Retreat - May 20-23, 2022
Over the May Long weekend, the Youth are planning to participate in the Young Sojourners Youth Retreat at the Sorrento Centre. This is week after the church retreat. The theme for the retreat, "Better Together," will be focusing on rebuilding the connections of our youth that have been altered from the pandemic. While details of the event are still in their planning stages, Young Sojourners retreats in the past have served to be amaxing opportunities for youth from many Anglican dioceses to connect and form relationships that have led to lasting friendships. For more information, see our EVENT page.

Youth and Kids Club
Youth Group is for those in Grades 7 to 12. Led by our Youth Director, Abbi Harding, the youth meet most Sunday mornings during the service. There is a calendar already available for other activities that are planned for the upcoming year. If our services are happening only online, the Children's Ministry will be available via Zoom.
