It’s not always easy to talk about mental health, especially if you’re not feeling mentally well and need some help. It can also be hard to know what to say when a friend or colleague expresses a mental health concern. At UBC, they’ve put together a great webpage that identifies some things you can do and say, whether you’re in need of help or want to be better prepared when someone else asks for help.
