As we approach September 30, 2022, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, there are many resources to explore. Canadian Baptist Ministries has a number of articles at “Walking together in a Good Way” that give a good framework to undertaking the life-long work of reconciliation. From the website:  ‘Now, let’s start off this journey with this acknowledgment, “You don’t know what you don’t know” … and let’s follow that acknowledgment with, “Now that you know, how then shall we live.” Now let’s take that first step.’ – Cheryl Bear

St Peter’s Anglican Church in Westmount is one of the sites for this year’s Mural Massive Festival. The Festival runs September 3-10 with installations around Strathcona and downtown Edmonton.  A large-scale mural will be painted on St Peter’s, and they have week-long events around the mural’s installation. Week day programming begins at 3pm each day, with a community BBQ on September10.
