Building a healthy community: Ten ways to support yourself and your community right now:

  1. Take time to pray
  2. Eat well and get plenty of rest
  3. Get outside in sunlight as much as you can (even in the cold, dressed appropriately)
  4. Check in with friends if they need anything, and ask for help with things you need too.
  5. Support the local food bank & other community support programs
  6. Give blood if you are able
  7. Volunteer your time and expertise
  8. Support local businesses, schools and childcare centers
  9. Encourage first responders, health care workers, and other public servants as they seek to support citizens in their day-to-day lives.
