One resource that was recommended by a St Paul’s parishioner is “Mind Over Chatter.” This is a free online course that helps us understand what is happening in our heads when we have specific anxious thought patterns, and how to transform those thoughts to something more helpful. It isn't a Christian resource, but working through the framework is a reminder of Philippians 3:6, which encourages us to slow down, pray, and be thankful.
