There are many opportunities in Edmonton to attend a Remembrance Day ceremony on Tuesday, November 11th. Please allow plenty of time to travel, find parking, and get seated before the ceremony begins.
City of Edmonton: Ceremony in the City Room at City Hall from 10am to 11:30am, followed by an outdoor procession to the City Hall Cenotaph. Seating is first-come, first-served, doors open at 9:15am and guests must be inside by 9:50am. Beverly Memorial Cenotaph: A parade begins after a 9:30am service at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church (11905 47 St), with a ceremony at the Cenotaph starting at 10:50am.
Kingsway Legion: A ceremony at the Kingsway Legion Cenotaph (14339 50th St) at 10:30am.
Norwood Legion: The Legion will hold a service at 11150-82 Street (time is TBA).
Griesbach: The Village at Griesbach will host a ceremony at Patricia Park Memorial at 10:30am, which will include a veterans' parade and family activities.
Loyal Edmonton Regiment Military Museum: The museum will be open for an event and public viewing on Remembrance Day. They have several events planned from Nov 4 to 11, which you can view at https://lermuseum.org/images/stories/pdfs/Remembrance_Week_2025.pdf.
