What's it all About?
Every summer, the ANC hosts a festival in the heart of the Central McDougall district. The festival is intended to primarily serve the newcomer and refugee families in this community, but it is open to all community members. It aims to establish a safe and fun space for positive community relationships to flourish. Check out the video link below for a glimpse of the fun! (for personal viewing only - please no social media posting).
Get Involved!
The festival hosts hundreds of newcomers every summer - it cannot happen without your help and we are so grateful! Youth groups, small groups, individuals young and young at heart . . . all are welcome.
To sign up, click on the sign-up form below, fill in your info and preferences (pick your available day(s)/time) and hit submit.
Other Ways to Help
Each evening as we wrap up the festival, we conduct a raffle draw for bikes. Many children who attend the festival do not own a bike, so this is an awesome opportunity to bless kids in need. If you have a bike you are able to donate (any size and in good working condition), please send me an email.
